Out of Hours Arrangements
We provide a 24-hour emergency service for registered clients.
If you should be concerned about your pet outside of normal clinic hours and believe this cannot wait until we are open. Please call either of the following numbers

Both of these numbers will take you to our call handling service. They will collect your details and contact the duty vet on call for this practice.
The clinic is not staffed 24 hours, so please do not turn up before calling.
Please use this service considerately. Out out-of-hours service is staffed by the same vets and nurses that work days. Whilst we are always here if you need us, will do try to use this time for rest.
Out-Of Hours Fees (June 2024)
1- Emergency Exam 8am-10pm £168.00
2 -Emergency Exam 10pm-8am £196.00
Please note - These fees do not include any further investigations or treatments that may be needed. Non- registered clients will be seen at our discretion and may be charged an additional fee.
